A special day!

May 12, 2014 begins new a new world at the Glass house. Today marks a change in mommy's title. I'm not longer an interpreter at HCC but stay at home mom. I will still be freelancing to keep my credentials up for interpreting. I'm (we all) are entering a new season. It's very exciting but a little nervous too. As we began our morning,  even though technically summer, we slept a little later than normal, enjoyed some breakfast, and worked our way to putting a puzzle together.

Thankfully HB took a nice long nap so we could focus on it. We worked to find the straight edges and matching trees, sky, water, castle, etc. she's getting better and better. We have very little attention and can't be still but she did it! 

This past year she as been at Truitt Memorialschool. It's only three days a week for half a day. I think socially it has been good for her, although she's not always been great at getting the academic stuff. Wee will continue to work  through the summer as will we will begin homeschooling in the fall. Another new and exciting adventure!!
